Debts collected on behalf of clients are deposited into a Trust Account governed by the Council of Debt Collectors, which are regularly audited in terms of legislation.
PJVV Corbis Debt Recovery Agency cc and or its nominated affiliate or associate collect from the debtor all expenses and fees as provided for in the Debt Collectors Act. No. 114 of 1998, Magistrate Court Act 32 of 1944 and or any other applicable legislation
R250.00 Client Registration an Administration fee are payable by the client prior to rendering the Debt Recovery and Collection service as follows:

Taking instructions
Client to sign a Debt Collection Agreement / Power of Attorney / Mandate / Cession
Opening a case file
Obtain all Debtor information
Obtain al required valid documentation – proof of validity of debt
Evaluation of case
Tracing Debtor; (only preliminary Tracing - Additional tracing & credit investigation- extra costs)
Commencing pre-court legal procedures
Contacting Debtor telephonically
Consultations with Debtor
SMS; emails; faxes; telephone calls to Debtor
Legal Notices; email ; fax ; reg. post
Letter of Demand for payments; email ; fax ; reg. post
Debtor visited by Collection Agent (Terms & Conditions)
Making collection / payment arrangements
Credit listing debtor on Credit Bureaus
Ensure thatall Legal procedures and documents are correct in preparation to issue Summons

The Debt Recovery and Collections via pre-court procedures result in most cases (more than 90%) that the debtor pays and no further legal action or fees would be required.
The client receives payment and or pro rata payments once debts are collected, less the allowable collection fees and our normal recovery commission of 20 %(T&C).
Where a client requires our Debt Recovery and Collection service on more than 1 case file then additional fees may apply which are subject to assessment, evaluation whereupon terms & conditions apply.
Further Debt Collection in addition to the aforementioned are subject to assessment and evaluation whereupon terms & conditions apply.
Other legal services required by the client is subject to evaluation and quotation

A Debt Collection Agreement and Mandate signed by both parties setting out the terms and conditions of rendering the required service would be required in to act on your behalf.

All the Services; fees and commissions proposed herein are subject to change after evaluation and assessment of the clients handed over debtors whereupon terms and conditions apply.
