- “Soft” Debt Collection via pre-court procedures: Call centre debt collection, consultations with debtors, forwarding the relevant legal notices, Tracing, and followed by Adverse Credit listing on the Credit Bureaus.
- Debt Collection via Court procedures: Legal action are instituted and continued until Judgment and relevant Court Orders are obtained to ensure payments from commercial (“business to business”); Commercial and non-commercial (“business to consumers and vice versa) and non-commercial (from consumers / individual debtors”)
- Customized Debt Collection Solutions: Conducted according to the profile of our client’s debtor book, and the extent to which the client wish to pursue the collection. For example: some clients prefer the aforesaid “Soft “Debt Collection approach, whilst others prefer us to pursue with urgent legal action via court procedures.
- Recovery of Financed Assets: Repossession of motor vehicles and goods is undertaken and with our experience we are more than capable to execute professionally, and within the guidelines of the applicable legislation, the required Asset Finance Recovery service.
- Bad Debt Solutions: Evaluation of business and Individual financial bad debt structures and assisting in solutions.
